  • Un vaso de leche desnatada, dos tostadas con queso light y una rebanada de jamón de pavo.
  • Un vaso de leche desnatada, 1 rebanada de pan con mermelada sin azúcar y una manzana entera.

MEDIA

MAÑANA

  • Un puñado de almendras tortadas o natural baja en sal.
  • Una pieza de fruta ya sea: una manzana, sandia, pera o frutos del bosque.

ALMUERZO

  • 300 gr de brócoli y coliflor aliñado con 10 gr de aceite de oliva o limón, 200gr de patatas hervido o al vapor, 150gr de pechuga de pollo a la plancha, 20 gr de pan y de postre una naranja.
